Easy to use with a nice User Experience
My experience with CallRail has been very good. The desktop user experience is very easy to use. I do wish the mobile version would offer more features but it still allows you to text people back and more just can't create numbers and companies or call flows from the mobile version. I also enjoy how quick and easy it is to create numbers and how their platform guides you along the process. My campaigns didn't seem to get very many good calls and would occasionally get spam but that is ...

CallRail is hands down a better tracking system than what you have now.
CallRail is hands down a better platform than CallSource, Dial800, and Dialogtech. The UI is very simple, API is easy to work with, and their customer service has been great.I only wish they had a better user management system, but it is a small ask compared to everything else that is superior to their competition.

Seriously, a MUST have!
Seriously, you have no idea what you are missing out on!!! This single piece of software has saved me so many times!!! If your generating leads for clients, protect your retainer and show the business owner not only all the leads but let them listen to the calls to help them make their own business better!

CallRail is a great platform and value
CallRail is a great platform and value to our clients. There are always some minor tweaks that we would like to see for reporting purposes, but all of the information is easily converted to excel to change the reporting to our needs.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? CallRail provides me with accurate data to my clients when it comes to phone-calls that the adverts on the websites are generating. We are able to present true value of our services by using the data. We have improved the customer retention numbers effectively. There is even emails with call-data and with recorded calls.
