Very impressed with the platform and service they provide. After signing up they offered to do a screen share to show me everything about the dashboard & features offered. Setup was quick and easy. Best of all I can finally track leads and correlate that data with Google Analytics data.

Call rail has made identifying and managing calls for our various clients and their campaigns easier than we could have expected. Allowing individualization for each client ensures we are able to customize the features to their needs. The call recording and call scribe are a huge help to our clients who want to ensure they are providing the best in customer service. The whisper feature is a great for those clients who have multiple campaigns with different numbers all running at the same time.

CallRail is amazing!!!

Call rail is the back bone of my company, we absolutely love the reporting and the white labeling allows us to deliver reports directly to our clients. We have all the proof we need and can quickly show our clients the ROI on every campaign they are doing. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is for a lack of some integration we’d like to have. We use Typeforms for all of our forms on websites and CallRail has no way to integrate so that we can use the from tracking. I would love to see ...
