Call Rail has been very dependable so far! I like the fact that it is a flat monthly rate with minutes included unlike other call forwarding services. I've experienced no issues with calls, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable call forwarding/lead generation service.

CallRail is an incredible service! The platform has so many capabilities that it's easy to customize it according to your business needs. We use it to help track results for a number of our marketing campaigns, and it's also helped us capture lost leads as well. The support team is incredible and gets back to you promptly. Genuinely great!
I've tried a few similar companies and once I'd tried CallRail I knew I didn't need to try any more.The features on offer, the price and the support are all great, I'm genuinely happy and will not be switching to another company!If anything could be changed to improve the service, I'd like to see PayPal as a payment method, or the ability to pay in GBP instead of USD. Other than that, I can't fault it.
