CallRail is a great product

CallRail is a great product. I is really easy to use for managing tracking phone numbers and calls. The inbound/outbound recording feature is excellent. The mobile app is functional but a little clunky. Also, they need to add the ability to send/receive photo text/SMS messages.

Solid & Cost Effective

I have had no issues with CallRail. They helped us transition over from our previous call analytics provider quite easily. We made the switch because CallRail was less expensive for the quantity of phone #s and features we needed. CallRail also integrates with the reporting platform we use as an agency, which makes sharing data with our clients very streamlined. The few times I've needed support, they were fast to respond and solved my problem.

The Best Call Tracking-- down to the keyword!!

I have been using CallRail for almost a year now and I love how it integrates with so many platforms and dashboards. Pros: My favorite thing about it is the keyword tracking so that I know which keywords are working within adwords. I like to also use the channel tracking so I know where my leads came from. Overall it is a great service.Cons: The connection between CallRail and adwords went down for 3 weeks in March of 2018 and they never notified any of their clients during or after the issue.
