CallRail has been great for all of our clients that utilize them! CallRail offers many features, making it easy to tailor to each client specifically. We love the campaign and keyword level tracking, the ability to listen to calls, and the ability to set up Call Flows -- directing users to multiple sales people, playing a greeting, or sending users to voicemail. I Really am grateful for call rail
