CallRail does an awesome job of…
CallRail does an awesome job of routing, tracking and recording my phone numbers. The ease of setting up call flows and adding new tracking numbers is seamless.The software can get a little pricey if you send a lot of texts or use a lot of minutes, but overall it's worth it.I highly recommend CallRail for any business looking to track their phone calls and use numbers other than their cell phones for a more professional look.

Its just the app
Callrail is great but the app sucks. You can't copy and paste in the app. This means when someone calls and you want to respond with text you must memorize the number and input it into the text field. At that point you must remember what number they called. Instead, let me click their number in the missed call screen and it should text from the appropriate number. You're limited to 140 characters in text like it's 2002.

The features are excellent
The features are excellent. The reason for a 4 star is having difficulty listening to calls through Chrome on a macbook. No help in fixing the issue, found I can use safari to hear the calls.

So much better than the competition
Our agency was using another call tool for years. We stayed with that company as long as we did simply because we never took the time to research other options.
