CallRail offers a great service at a very affordable price. They beat out the competition on customer service and features. However, I wish they would allow MMS texts (to receive pictures) and longer text messages.

After using a few different call…

After using a few different call tracking companies, CallRail has the simiplest and user friendly setup and interface. They also provide great customer service upon set up. Letting you know best practices and truely setting up the account for best tracking success.

Poor customer service and can’t use the product

I pay $130 a month and haven’t been able to create any new numbers for the last 2 weeks. The only response I can get from customer service is that they’ll let me know when I’m able to create numbers again. It’s not good enough so I’m switching.
