CallRail is a MUST for anyone that runs digital marketing campaigns or requires call recording for other purposes. I use it for every client and it has saved my butt more times that I can count. The reporting is super user friendly and the mobile app adds another layer of convenience.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are lot of things that I like about CallRail starting from call recording (including the option to listen the recorded call from your app, email or app notification of all inbound calls, ability to track the call quality and to track called identification details. Their porting department is about 10%…

Their porting department is about 10% helpful. We got half of my phone numbers transferred and now for 3 months I'm stuck with skewed data in my business (the opposite of callrails vision), and paying both carriers to hold on to my numbers. Most recently, I've been trying to get on a call with them for over a week (again) and after several emails, I hold 20 minutes today just to get disconnected.
