No Digital Marketer Should be Without Call Tracking
CallRail is an easy to use tool, which provides and effective way to plug data leaks from online marketing. Most advertisers don't realize how many people still prefer calling a business over submitting a form and may make hasty decisions to cut funds to a channel based on performance. With it's low price point for entry level businesses, this is a tool every company who cares about digital performance should be utilizing.

Great customer service
Great customer service, easy to use interface, but there are a few things keeping it from being a 5 star. Minor technical changes on the way events are sent to Google Analytics caused me to lose call tracking with no notice.

Callrail is an excellent solution for a business to help it grow and expand! My Atlanta business has taken off since we implemented into our system. Some parts of the integrations we are still trying to figure out but it gets the job done for what we needed it for an extremely reasonable price!

What do you like best? The ability to track calls and tie it to analytics. We were able to give our clients better ROI and reporting from online advertising by tracking phone calls from the web, social, search and maps. What do you dislike? Not much really, have been impressed with the product. We have used it for a number of scenarios and it has worked in each case. Great call tracking software
What do you like best? Callrail has the ability to seemlessly integrate with Adwords and our website. What do you dislike? I wish the mobile app had the ability to manage more account features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Weve been able to identify some staff members that required a little more customer service training. As well as measuring feedback from our adwords campaigns.

Easy to Use and Good Support
What do you like best? We have used several call tracking systems and CallRail has the most user-friendly interface, additional features, and better customer support. What do you like best? Call rail has made it very easy for us to track conversions that come from phone calls. I love that we are able to flag which calls were relevant and which calls were irrelevant. What do you dislike? I wish call rail had a feature where you could identify key terms and automatically identify this as a conversion. It would also be nice if we were able to track a conversion value from call rail.
