Must have call tracking solution for digital marketing

What do you like best? It works really well in conjunction with any digital marketing that has phone number as one of the ways to get in touch with Sales. It connects the website visitor to the caller and allows for better campaign tracking. What do you dislike? It's a bit dicey when you use service like Grasshopper. What do you like best? I installed and manage CallRail on behalf of a client. CallRail is the go to tool for measuring your adwords marketing efforts. It will tell you what keywords customers used when they call you from Google. Not only that, but it will record the calls if you so wish, and it will tell you how long each call was, and even who called, if the number is published. What do you like best? CallRail makes it easy for our sales department to track our leads from our different mailing campaigns. It provides call recording and shows you how much the agent talked versus the client. What do you dislike? I dislike that they put the Lead Center Tab at the bottom. Best Customer Service I've Ever Seen!

What do you like best? I rarely (if ever) leave reviews for companies but I've received unbelievable support from CallRail. I've called them throughout the day and have never had an issue reaching a support rep promptly. The reps are all polite and have great platform knowledge, and when I experienced a complicated technical issue that I thought would take over a week to solve, they resolved it in 2 hours. What do you like best? The CallRail platform is very flexible and makes it easier to set up and track digital campaigns. CallRail has the best support team

CallRail is a great tool and has the best support team of anyone we work with. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We don't run into actual issues with the platform itself, but anything we have encountered has been addressed and resolved quickly. CallRail is also great at taking feedback and making actual product changes and feature additions based on such requests.
