What do you like best about CallRail? I like the amount of data callrail gives us as well as the intergrations with multiple platform like Google ads. Its also easy to get clients to use it and leave feedback on the calls. My business would not be where it is without it. Customer support is always helpful and fast to respond as well. Ive been using it for 3 years now and will continue to do so

We really like the fact that we can track customer contact and review the interaction with the CSR team. We've used it to help our team improve their communication skills.
