What do you like best about CallRail? We switched to Call Rail from a different service provider. Call rail is simple for small businesses and can be scaled for larger organizations. It's easy to navigate and provides a ton of data to tie calls back to a source. You can also set up several different tools to monitor call quality, topics, etc.
