Buildium has done wonders to improve our company's productivity.

It was tough to get everyone on-board as everyone was used to using a bunch of Google spreadsheets. That was problematic as they were not connected and changes had to be made in many places all the time. Buildium on the other hand brought everything together in an easy to understand format. Phoning for tech help has been always fast and helpful. I would highly recommend Buildium to any landlord or property management company.

Buildium is a program that handles all your book keeping needs in regards to your rental properties. Entering leases and rents, writing checks to owners, running monthly reports to owners, tracking payments is all at the touch of a button and easy to find. Robust and perfect for a small to midsized property management company

We considered several different options for PM software and we found Buildium to be the best option between cost effectiveness and functionality. There are most definitely more positives than negatives. good program but too expensive

I think that it is very intuitive, smart, maybe a little slow but very usefull. Just wished it was a little cheaper.

I have used Buildium for several years now and absolutely love it! It's easy to use and learn, even with little or no experience with other property management programs. What I love most about Buildium is their customer service. They don't rush you when you are explaining your problem and they go above and beyond to get it resolved.
