Great program, Great service!

When I took over the position of property manager we did not have any software program to help keep track of our properties. All records were done with paper and pencil. Implementing Buildium was quite easy and when I needed assistance the techs I encountered were both helpful and friendly. I have been using this for a year now and cannot imagine doing my job without it.

It was tough to get everyone on-board as everyone was used to using a bunch of Google spreadsheets. That was problematic as they were not connected and changes had to be made in many places all the time. Buildium on the other hand brought everything together in an easy to understand format. Phoning for tech help has been always fast and helpful. I would highly recommend Buildium to any landlord or property management company.

I have been using Buildium for the past five years now and I can honestly say it is probably the best property management software available. The package itself has come along way and Buildium goes over and above to make the user experience as simple and convenient as possible. User friendly and great value.

Buildium worked great for our needs. We have a portfolio of under 50 units. It is very easy to navigate and explain reports to owners. It is also cost effective compared to other solutions such as Appfolio. I also appreciate constant improvements and updates of the site. Highly recommend.

Buildium saves me time and Money

Buildium helps keep my business organized. My tenants pay their rent and submit maintenance requests online so they appear in my inbox rather than a lengthy phone conversation. I love the fact that all my reporting and record keeping is in one convenient place so my accountant and I can track all the data points. All in all, Buildium is well organized and the customer service is spectacular. This is a great system for automating many time consuming components of the apartment business.

best managing software I have used

I have been using this software now for a year. I really like it I have never used a software that was easy to use. When I wasn't sure on how to do something they where there to walk me though anything I have asked. I would highly recommend this to anyone weather they have used business software or for the first time user as I was. One thing I really liked was that I could try it before I bought it. Once I tried it I was hooked. I hope this helps anyone that maybe looking for new business ...

Couldn't do business without Buildium.

Buildium is the core of our business. It's our database for everything. Without it we would have to use multiple software programs, one for accounting, one for contact info, one for online tenant payments, one for background checks, the list goes on and on. We probably would end up doing double work. Everyday Buildium seams to develop for the better. We are so glad we found this all encompassing program!
