Great system

I have used this software to manage about 55 units. The system works so well I wish that they would develop a software system for car dealers ( my other business). All of the process are easy and intuitive. Countless reports in one click! All of my information in one place backed up and secured is well worth the cost. Truthfully I would pay double and still be a satisfied customer.

A bargain priced and effective alternative to real estate management systems that cost the price of a used Ferrari.

After four years on the system, there are most of the features that the full blown, unlimited cost real estate operating management systems have at less than the cost of the annual maintenance charges. I think that it is very intuitive, smart, maybe a little slow but very usefull. Just wished it was a little cheaper.

Buildium is a program that handles all your book keeping needs in regards to your rental properties. Entering leases and rents, writing checks to owners, running monthly reports to owners, tracking payments is all at the touch of a button and easy to find. Great tool for Property Managers!

Buildium has helped grow our company to what it is today. This is a primary source for both landlords and tenants for anything they ever need from us. The bigger our company gets, the more we lean on Buildium to handle repairs invoices, requests from tenants, accounting, and document storage. Buildium is easy to use, with a tenant portal and the app makes it great for me while I am in the field. We highly recommend this software to any Property Manager!

I love Buildium. I have some tenants that pay weekly, bi-weeky, bi-monthly and monthly. This was my biggest draw to Buildium; they let me customize for each tenant.
