I have been using Buildium for the past five years now and I can honestly say it is probably the best property management software available. The package itself has come along way and Buildium goes over and above to make the user experience as simple and convenient as possible. Buildium has helped grow our company to what it is today. This is a primary source for both landlords and tenants for anything they ever need from us. The bigger our company gets, the more we lean on Buildium to handle repairs invoices, requests from tenants, accounting, and document storage. Buildium is easy to use, with a tenant portal and the app makes it great for me while I am in the field. We highly recommend this software to any Property Manager!

Great program, Great service!

When I took over the position of property manager we did not have any software program to help keep track of our properties. All records were done with paper and pencil. Implementing Buildium was quite easy and when I needed assistance the techs I encountered were both helpful and friendly. I have been using this for a year now and cannot imagine doing my job without it.
