Switched to Buildium about two years ago and have been very pleased with their services. For us (a small business) easy of use and tenant self-servicing are a big deal and Bulidum does an excellent job in both regards. Of particular note the integrated online payments for tenants, the maintenance request workflow, our internal monthly closeout and reconciliation/audit and 1099 processing are the big things we use. Customer Service like no other!

I have used Buildium for several years now and absolutely love it! It's easy to use and learn, even with little or no experience with other property management programs. What I love most about Buildium is their customer service. They don't rush you when you are explaining your problem and they go above and beyond to get it resolved. I also love how easy all the end of the year procedures are with Buildium.

How did I live without it??

I am the Treasurer for our Homeowners Association. I've been a member of this HOA for over 17 years and was our Treasurer back in the days before Buildium. What a pain it was to administer the books of the association! I had to find a replacement treasurer when I ran out of time and patience to do it properly.
