Buildium is the BEST software for Property Management

By far the best property management software I've ever used. Rent Manager blows and Propertyware can't compete with what Buildium offers. The customer service is awesome, the usability is beyond awesome and the price is EVEN BETTER.

How did I live without it??

I am the Treasurer for our Homeowners Association. I've been a member of this HOA for over 17 years and was our Treasurer back in the days before Buildium. What a pain it was to administer the books of the association! I had to find a replacement treasurer when I ran out of time and patience to do it properly. I can't say enough great things about buildium. ...It's a great tool and vital to run any property management business large or small...they are always evolving and improving there site ....it makes things streamlined and saves a ton of time

Buildium saves me time and Money

Buildium helps keep my business organized. My tenants pay their rent and submit maintenance requests online so they appear in my inbox rather than a lengthy phone conversation. I love the fact that all my reporting and record keeping is in one convenient place so my accountant and I can track all the data points. All in all, Buildium is well organized and the customer service is spectacular. This is a great system for automating many time consuming components of the apartment business.

User friendly and great value.

Buildium worked great for our needs. We have a portfolio of under 50 units. It is very easy to navigate and explain reports to owners. It is also cost effective compared to other solutions such as Appfolio. I also appreciate constant improvements and updates of the site. Highly recommend.

Small Business, Competent People, Intuitive Software

Switched to Buildium about two years ago and have been very pleased with their services. For us (a small business) easy of use and tenant self-servicing are a big deal and Bulidum does an excellent job in both regards. Of particular note the integrated online payments for tenants, the maintenance request workflow, our internal monthly closeout and reconciliation/audit and 1099 processing are the big things we use. Couldn't do business without Buildium.

Buildium is the core of our business. It's our database for everything. Without it we would have to use multiple software programs, one for accounting, one for contact info, one for online tenant payments, one for background checks, the list goes on and on. We probably would end up doing double work. Everyday Buildium seams to develop for the better. We are so glad we found this all encompassing program!

best managing software I have used

I have been using this software now for a year. I really like it I have never used a software that was easy to use. When I wasn't sure on how to do something they where there to walk me though anything I have asked. I would highly recommend this to anyone weather they have used business software or for the first time user as I was. One thing I really liked was that I could try it before I bought it.
