This really makes my old way of keeping up with rent in a notebook look foolish

I really like how easy everything is to work on the site. Buildium has thought of most everything up front. I've really had very few complaints and would recommend to anyone who manages property. I'm a landlord only and it has made life much easier.

Best management program ever

I was doing management for a while and did not have the right program so things should run smoothly till a friend of mine told me about BUILDIUM and i did the free trial i was amazed and signed up for it and using it since It is the best management program ever Its nice and easy Simple and has everything needed

Excellent user friendly software

Buildium is intuitive and easy to use. We have been using the software for 5 years and have never considered switching providers.

Great management tool, even for a small HOA.

Buildium has been a great tool to help organize and manage our HOA's day-to-day business. It's relatively easy to learn, and the website was simple to implement. We like that everything is in one place, and that it is backed up for us. No more passing file folders back and forth when board members change, no more lost files. The communication tools could be improved, but all in all we are very happy with the system.

User friendly PM software.

After trying AppFolio and PropertyWare, I decided to go with Buildium due to its ease of use. I find that Buildium is laid out much better and has a much shorter learning curve while still offering a robust software.

I cound'nt and wouldn't do as much business as I do without Buildium!

Since signing up with Buildium I have been able to stream line my business. The time it took to take care of checks, vendor requests and payments, owner statements etc has been cut by over half the time. The reports are awesome and my owners and tenants are thrilled which has turns into more and more referalls and a huge growth. Customer service is my number one goal and Buildium has made that goal easier!

Robust and perfect for a small to midsized property management company

We considered several different options for PM software and we found Buildium to be the best option between cost effectiveness and functionality. There are most definitely more positives than negatives. All in all it is easy to use, has great accounting features, the maintenance work orders are wonderful, one of my favorite features is the main screen dash board. I Have and will recommend Buildium again!

This site is so easy to use and if you do get stuck the help videos are terrific. Customer service is excellent. I think its great that each report can be dowloaded in multiple formats and emailed out easily. My favorite feature is the abilty to allow landlords see what is going on with thier properties. Buildium just keeps getting better! Keep up the good work.
