The worst site ever

We use buildium and seriously I have zero to say that is positive. When you reach their ‘award winning’ customer service it’s usually someone in their house who wants to pawn you off of on another person who never calls back. They submit a request to have someone call you and they rarely do. What do you like best about Buildium? Easy to use and for a small business would be best who do not need a lot of information for their business. Entering guest cards very easy and work orders very easy

Terrible customer service and BEWARE they will take monies out of your account without notification if tenant stops payment on rents

Terrible customer service and not all of their customer service reps seem to know how to fix things. Onboarding was terrible and felt like we were hung out to dry and had to learn everything step by step in order to get things up and running. Very disappointing to have to spend hours a day on the phone with them trying to get through or being on hold to get issues resolved. What do you like best about Buildium? Easy to use for applicants, tenants, property management, and account payable. The interface is easy to understand and navigate.

What do you like best about Buildium? I love the Billing section; it allows vendors to be paid by either check or EFT, it holds all past invoices there for if you ever need them for your records.
