What do you like best about Buildium? Finally using all of the functionality and it has been a game changer for managing over 50+ properties. What do you dislike about Buildium?

I wish I could give them 0 stars

Buildium is the swiss army knife of property management software; they do everything poorly. It took days to get someone on the phone that could assist us with integration. Their add on services, like Property Inspector are terrible, and b/c they partner with another companies to provide the service, they have little to no control of the customer experience. Stay away!!!

Best asset to our company

We have used Buildium for almost 1 year now and it has been a huge asset to our company. Anytime I have any questions, the support team has been great in answering them. Our application and screening process is so simple now. And I love the e-leasing options. If you are on the fence about using Buildium I would say do it. You will no regret it!

Buildium makes our jobs so efficient

Buildium makes our jobs so efficient. I can manage 250 units paperworks, accounting etc which was handled by 3 staffs before. Thank you ! We are so happy to work with Buildium. It helps us to grow our business fast.

Efficient, effective, reasonably priced

We spend less time accomplishing the same tasks as compared to our efforts prior to Buildium. We eliminated the use of several apps and consolidated those efforts into one app (Buildium). Our Tenants truly appreciate having the large property manager features in our small family owned business. I think we get more applicants due to these features (Tenant portal suite and eSignature) and we retain them longer.

Good system but can be better

The system is very good. The only bad thing I’ve seen is when I run a report (bank transactions) and click on the email to send to my clients their email addresses are not there automatically. I need to copy/paste their email addresses every time I send them reports.

Finding new ways to make the process easier is what makes Buildium and ReaPage the best in property management. Expanding the partnerships and integration with Buidlium has made the Buildium program invaluable.
