I like and use the system; however, it could be better.

My biggest disappointment is the advertising. It is geared to homes and apartments. I have an office building so when I use the system I get lots of calls but from the wrong type tenants.

I have been asked several times what software I prefer to use for property management, hands down Buildium is the most user friendly software I have used. I have certifications in in several other property management software, but when we decided to open our own company we did a lot of research & we have been using Buildium for over 5 years. Extremely user-friendly software and support!

I have been using Buildium for some time now and find it very easy to manage the rentals. The support is great and most questions are answered within an hour by friendly staff. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Can't imagine managing our properties without Buildium

I've been using Buildium for several years and I absolutely depend on it to keep track of our units. It's easy to use, good tutorials and support, many features and affordable. I do not use every feature, probably because I've settled into my routine, but knowing of the other capabilities is nice and I may eventually expand into them. Buildium is definitely a good bang for the buck!

So relieved to have a software program that works!

After using a program that was extremely confusing and not user friendly we found Buildium. What a lifesaver to our business! Very easy to track or properties and accounting. Very professional system. The Buildium support team is very prompt and courteous when we have a question. We have used this web based software system for about 5 or 6 years now and don't plan on changing any time soon. Highly recommend to the small or large property management company.
