I have been asked several times what software I prefer to use for property management, hands down Buildium is the most user friendly software I have used. I have certifications in in several other property management software, but when we decided to open our own company we did a lot of research & we have been using Buildium for over 5 years. As a real estate broker, time management is very important. With only one Property Manager to handle all our rental listings, Buildium has become a necessity. Using Buildium, the precious time saved in bookkeepping and processing paperwork allows us more time to deal with material tasks. This combination enables us to provide higher quailty customer service to our Lessors and maximize our workforce. We highly recommend Buildium.

worth the money

The program is definitely worth the money. It is a little difficult to maneuver, especially when sending emails and letters, not quite as user friendly as I would like so I don't utilize a lot of the features. However, just having our own website and accounts that customers can see online is worth the price of the program.

I like and use the system; however, it could be better.

My biggest disappointment is the advertising. It is geared to homes and apartments. I have an office building so when I use the system I get lots of calls but from the wrong type tenants.

Extremely user-friendly software and support!

I have been using Buildium for some time now and find it very easy to manage the rentals. The support is great and most questions are answered within an hour by friendly staff. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Best Software System of Any Kind!

I couldn't do my business without it. I use all of its features. Not only does it do what it's supposed to do but they team at Buildium is constantly refining it so that it gets better and better.

Can't imagine managing our properties without Buildium

I've been using Buildium for several years and I absolutely depend on it to keep track of our units. It's easy to use, good tutorials and support, many features and affordable. I do not use every feature, probably because I've settled into my routine, but knowing of the other capabilities is nice and I may eventually expand into them. Buildium is definitely a good bang for the buck!
