Bait and switch

Costs of $15 a month in July 2014 which is less than a year ago. I have the invoice Buildium if you say otherwise. I signed up for $15 a month in August 2011. In the past few months Buildium has more than doubled the price and forced me into paying for services i did not originally purchase. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST

We are just starting out. We looked at several other software programs and couldn't be happier that we chose Buildium. The program is very user friendly. The tutorial videos are a great way to get started. The articles pretty much walk you through any question; but if you need to speak to a human, the customer support is outstanding! These folks really know their product! They are professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this product!

We have some difficulties with bank accounts and overviews for Landlords.

Buildium seems to handle all aspects but is not particularly user friendly. Phone calls to support have been able to resolve the issues to a great extent but the banking records are not 'intuitively' easy to organize.

The cloud feature is a brilliant idea as well so that the information is available anywhere in the blink of an eye. Buildium is a full service program that is very easy to learn and to use. If there are ever any questions the support is outstanding and very fast. It is great to have immediate and accurate access to all my Tenants

Well organized and easy to use

A one stop shop for your real estate management needs. Now Buildium allows you to accept online payments for rent and applications. You can list units thru Buildium and run background/ credit checks thru Buildium. Posting pictures, leases and other correspondence allows a user to keep well organized. I am very impressed with Buildiums step in the right directions. Very innovative yet ingenious

worth the money

The program is definitely worth the money. It is a little difficult to maneuver, especially when sending emails and letters, not quite as user friendly as I would like so I don't utilize a lot of the features. However, just having our own website and accounts that customers can see online is worth the price of the program.

Could not ask for more !
