"Easy-Easy-Easy!!"

What do you like best? The customer service is always so helpful and patient, they do not make you feel rushed and stay on the phone until your query is answered. They even sent me written instructions in case I had the same issue again!

Perfect for new managers or veterans

Buildium is perfect software for anyone managing property, whether just beginning or an experienced manager looking to enhance the quality of their reporting. It is extremely easy to use; covers all necessary accounting functions; customer service team has always been helpful and friendly; and the very few limitations I have found, I am certain that solutions are already being worked on and delivered soon. I would recommend Buildium to anyone.

Great Customer Service and Easy to Use Software

We started using Buildium a couple of months ago and have been very happy with the software so far. Our account rep is very helpful and promptly responds to any questions or problems. I would recommend Buildium.

Cancelled service as I and tenants had so many problems.

This company is excellent at telling everybody how fantastic they are. My experience with their customer service is that they NEVER ONCE answered the phone, frequently closed tickets I opened without contacting, and only 1 of their team actually solved a problem. They removed the tier for 25 or under and thus increased the rate by 40% for the service and once rejected my rent payments because of not being able to apply a $2.00 charge to my out of date credit card that they never told me ...

Good Product but Poor Customer Service

While I enjoy the product I have been very disappointed with the level of customer service. The problems or questions have all been answered and taken care of, but I have to wait on hold for 30 plus minutes at a time. If I leave my name/number for a call back it takes hours. The recording always says it's their busiest time of the year, meaning they lack enough help and you will always have to wait a long time to talk to someone.

Bait and switch

Costs of $15 a month in July 2014 which is less than a year ago. I have the invoice Buildium if you say otherwise. I signed up for $15 a month in August 2011. In the past few months Buildium has more than doubled the price and forced me into paying for services i did not originally purchase. Through sly marketing and behind the scenes changes to this web-based software, Buildium has managed to slide me into $40 a month charges.
