Manageable, easy, functional
We have been buildium for property management for a while now. Love the versatility and easiness of the program. It's straight forward and almost self-training on it is fast. Our tenant information is secure, accessible and love the fact that we can take rents online without us having to personally take payments.

Excellent investment! Cost Effective!
Buildium has been a lifesaver for our small apartment complex! It gives us all the amenities of a much larger complex without breaking the budget! It has a very well organized layout and offers everything from tenant screening, online Epay for tenants, Tax filings for contractors and free listing options on 5 major listing websites! We are in LOVE with Buildium and all it has to offer! And what's more, they are always adding new features which keep us Property Managers happy!

So easy to use
Buildium is an awesome piece of software. I have been on it now for 5 years, and I have called in probably no more than 3 times to get assistance on something. Dependable and reliable service
I have been working with buildium for over a year. I have had some problems that needed their help. I have e-mailed and phone them and have received an answer before the day is out. They have, on occasions, taken me step by step to resolve my situation. I have always been able to resolve my situation either by e-mail or by phone. Absolutely wonderful
I have never been an apartment manager before nor am I an accountant. But I found the Buildium program to be so intuitively written and laid out that I felt VERY confident in using all features/functions of the program within the first 3 or 4 days. What I didn't feel certain about, their "help" area had great examples of using the function/feature. Within a matter of a few days I felt like an expert at creating leases, editing tenants, editing leases, making entries in the general ledger. ...

Love this company!
We have used Buildium for years and we just keep growing. We have 589 tenants in 153 properties and 1262 owners in 33 HOA's. My clients and tenants love the fact they can view documents and their accounts anytime they choose. The online payment feature is a timesaver for both the company and the user. I noticed some negative reviews about customer service, we always rate them high and we never experience any problems with them answering any questions promptly. I would high recommend Buildium.

If you are a Property Management company this is not the software to use
If I could give less then 1 star I would. Customer service is horrible, system has so many bugs it is unbelievable. Forget automation which is supposed to make managing properties more efficient and useful for the managers as well as your clients and residents. If you are an individual just wanting a system to keep track of your own properties then this might be okay. But as a business it is not. We are not even able to send emails to our clients, residents or vendors through this. I will ...

The software is not bad, although not by any means intuitive.The customer service is terrible.
The software is not bad, but the customer service is terrible. They ignore request tickets for a call back to resolve issues. It's nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. Resolving billing issues is a nightmare.
