Buildium Reviews in July 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Buildium is the BEST. Hands down!

I tried several other Property Management programs including QuickBooks, Rent Pro, and Landlord Max. Buildium is BY FAR the best! The others don't compare. From the ease of navigating the program, to great customer service (if I ever do have a problem I can't solve) they win! No competition for Buildium!

Huge help to me

Buildium really does a great job of managing the mundane for me. Still waiting for better accounting tools, but this is promised Real Soon Now. The ability to accept rent payments online for just 50 cents each is great. One thing that needs a little work is better handling of a separate bank account for security deposits. The shuffling around is confusing and error-prone (IMO).

Best way I have found to keep track of my apartment business!

Buildium takes care of all aspects of property management. I can access it from any device and all updates to the software are included. My accountant loves the reports. Saves him time and me money!

I chose BUILDIUM software after reading the reviews of its ease of use and have been using it now for a year. The REVIEWS were were RIGHT! ABOUT INPUTTING BILLS Every month, I dread the day where I have to input all the bills with their attachment.. Because the BILLS only allows one attachment per bill, it takes us sooooo much time to ! I just signed up with Buildium last month and I am loving it!! I am really impressed with the level of customer service I have received. I have made several calls this month because I am trying to get used to the new software and everyone I have spoke to is so patient, friendly and very helpful.
