What do you like best about Buildium? I've used Buildium and switched to Appfolio and had to switch back to Buildium. Buildium is very easy and intuitive to use. They are always adding new features to the platform. One of my best features is the ease of sending reports to owners and paying them.

Unhappy with recent billing requirement

As much as I want to say I like most things about Buildium there have been a few issues for my company with them. I operate a small property management company with approximately 50 properties give or take.. A few years back in 20011 I believe we came across Buildium software and it seem to fit what we were looking for and it was affordable. Until, we were audited by the BRE Bureau of Real Estate in 2013. That was a bitter sweet experience you never know that you don't know until they come. ...

What do you like best? I like the best that Buildium is easier to use than other property management software. Everything from setting up a new property, procuring tenants, or even advertising Buildium has helped us develop from a few properties to almost 50!

Easy to learn!

I came into my new job a few months ago with absolutely no prior knowledge of Buildium. Within a few days I was navigating Buildium quite easily. It is set up to be user-friendly, which I appreciate. When I did have questions, the support team I spoke with by phone helped tremendously, without making me feel inadequate at all. I'm enjoying working with Buildium!

Very Reliable & Convenient

Buildium has been very reliable and convenient for all our property management needs. This software makes it easy to keep track of all our accounting, tenants, service requests, bill payments, etc

Build with Buildium

I have a small business (apartment rentals) and Buildium helps me organize every phase of the management process. I love tax time now because I really have nothing to do but to print a report and my accountant has everything needed to complete my taxes. Monthly rent is easily documented within a minimum amount of time. Keeping track of bills is simple. If a discrepancy exists with a vendor, I can easily download the history to document my claims.
