I've been a Buildium customer for over 2 years now and find the software intuitive and easy to use. They are constantly working to improve it as well.

Buildium changed my life

Buildium changed my life! Ever since I changed over to Buildium my life has been so much easier as a Property Manager. The various systems they have in place really address my daily work flow and their Support Team always takes care of my needs. They seem to strive for advancement and improvement which is very important to me because this industry is ever changing and we all have to change and adapt with the times.

Very user friendly but lacking some ability on reporting. Also, in order to get certain accounting features to work in real life several transactions need to be done to get it right. Overall very happy with product.

Customer service is awesome

Customer service is awesome! The wait or call back time can be a little long at times but well worth the wait. Once on the phone they take their time and help you through whatever problem you may have.

It's saved me so much time since I switched to Buildium. The offer great flexibility and conveniences. Web site not perfect, but they are continuously working on it, and adding things, and moving things around trying to improve it. Support it good. I would recommend this PM system. I manage 38 doors. 32 SFH, and 2 4-plexes.

Builidum is one of the best software companies around. My background is in healthcare and I can definitely let you know that that industry is seriously lacking in regards to companies that create and manage software that is user-friendly and relevant to the needs of the organizations they serve. Good job on making work fun and creating an efficient and effective workflow, even when the maintenance requests keep coming in!
