The customer service is second to none

The customer service is second to none! EVERY time I call, and I call alot, they are right there with the answers and pep talks I need. All are to be commended!!

The support staff is great

The support staff is great, and easy to get in touch with. Buildium is easy to use, and very affordable. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are missing a few minor features, but are adding to the product every quarter. So they'll get there. The important stuff, collecting rent / paying vendors / paying owners, they do that well.

The best property management solution on the market.

Buildium software is very well designed, reliable and easy to use. The help line team is very knowledgeable and customer focused. I truly believe that Buildium hit the mark on overall outstanding software solution and tram. Their commitment to continuous software improvements and customer education via videos and simple instructions is also a great asset.

I am very satisfied with the software but would like to add a few things

I am very satisfied with the software. It's been a big help and I am looking to grow my business now that I have a more efficient way to manage my business. I can focus on growth now. - However, for customer support, I would like to see possible instant messaging. - The payment process is a little cumbersome to send out payments to vendors. - I would like an option to return security deposits electronically - A better option for property inspections for smaller landlords. I have used Buildium for 3 years

I have used Buildium for 3 years, It is excellent software and makes my life much easier, when I do hit a glitch they are always patient and very willing to help any time I contact them , I have and will recommend Buildium in the future as well, Keep Up the Good Work, Thanks, Art

I wish the software had more accounting…

I wish the software had more accounting functionality and could integrate with my leasing software subscription. The leasing end is very very basic so there’s no way I can use it for my needs. The customer service, online portals and pricing is great. Thanks!
