Excellent experience
Excellent experience. For the money, an excellent product with great support. Buildium has some limitations in terms of managing your whole company, but it does exactly what they advertize and they seem to be getting better and better.

Buildium is great for small rental…
Buildium is great for small rental property managers! I have used Buildium for 10 years and I really like that they have affordable plans for owners like myself. The small owner option has everything I need to keep track of my property and has allowed me to compete with larger properties by offering easy online pay for my residents.

I have been on Buildium for 3 months…
I have been on Buildium for 3 months now. I had a very good experience with the initial support and 'uploading' process. Now I am in a longer learning curve to expand my ability to use more of the functions in the program and this is a gradual process. I greatly appreciate the ease of reviewing and tracking the day to day financial position of my multiple companies quickly and easily. The accounting system is easy to use and functions much better than quickbooks for real estate management. ...

This program is well thought out and…
This program is well thought out and highly practical for a guy who's been keeping track on a spreadsheet for 20 years. The accounting function is advanced and it's taking me some time to learn that, but it's all there and really well done.
