What do you like best? The ease to keep track of tenants and payments made, along with notes for each property where you can keep track of correspondence and appliances along with repairs made.

I couldn't run my business without Buildium. They have made tremendous strides in the last 3 years, and will continue to improve systems, I'm sure. They are very responsive to user suggestions, and have the best tech support this side of godaddy! I'm a raving fan!

Leaving after 4+ years

When we first started with Buildium 4+ years ago, they were the most affordable, cloud based software with excellent customer service. It has gradually gotten worse, every year, and now they are downright awful. They take zero accountability for issues that cost their paying customers money. We had SEVERAL issues that were software glitches, or errors on the softwares part, which caused us to be charged, and every time they told us they would not be refunding our money (even when the amount ...
