I could not do property management…

I could not do property management without Buildium. This program takes all the work out of paperwork! Highly recommend this program for anyone with more than one property.

Good for getting started but seriously lacking

The great thing about Buildium is that they offer entry level/ala cart pricing that is great when you are just getting started. The ability to have an electronic payment processing system from day 1 has been huge. That being said, the system is not very intuitive and can be very frustrating. The program is fairly straight forward…

The program is fairly straight forward in terms of use but it is a bit choppy to create a simple procedure for tasks. The app is tough to find the info you need and certainly does not give a full view of information. The accounting processes are not smooth. My recommendation to people would be: "I like the program and will continue to use it as it is economical for our company at this stage. However as we grow I will be looking to other software that I feel will better suit our needs. The ...

Accounting needs to catch up in user-friendliness to the rest of the software, but they are working on that. Excellent product and service. Frequent improvements and adding of features.

Great Software with Excellent Support We have used this company for our property management software for 10 years now. We have looked at others over the years and are still happy to stay with buildium. Their support is excellent - and when things go wrong as they sometimes do - you can count on a friendly knowledgeable voice at the end of the phone to help you put it right in a jiffy!

What do you like best about Buildium? The ease to keep track of tenants and payments made, along with notes for each property where you can keep track of correspondence and appliances along with repairs made.
