Buildium is great for places with under…
Buildium is great for places with under 100 units. If you are over 100 units, use Appfolio, Yardi, or Entrata. Maintenance and accounting are a nightmare when you get over that amount. Simply put there is just much better software out there and Buildium is very slow at implementing software updates.

I wish I would have chosen your product…
I wish I would have chosen your product years ago. In 27 years, since software was invented, I've used your competitors' products and your software is user friendly and superior in every way. Your staff is nicer and more helpful, too. Night and day difference and I'm a real user, not getting paid to say this.

Overall a great system. Needs improvement in some areas.
Excellent program. Customer support is great. I gave 4 stars because they are slow to implement changes that the customers indicate are a priority. They are several quirky items unique to Buildium (like a lengthy prepaid rent liability process or rigid lease renewal process that doesn’t work for all situations) that they acknowledge needs attention but they haven’t fixed. Tech support often tells me “ we get a lot of requests for that” or “it’s on our radar” but a lot of things remain the ...
