Services not as promised. Extremely difficult to cancel.

Started a subscription with them after being promised the ability to electronically draft payment from tenants. Turns out they cant do it without pulling a credit report and "lending" you the money... Still don't understand this. Wouldn't have been a big deal (Not every service is for everyone) but it became nearly impossible to cancel the subscription. We were required to talk to several people and re-state the issue over and over before we were allowed to get placed in a queue to get a ...

Constant improvement

Constant improvement. I can't say I have always been excited about every change that has been made through the years but i can say that Buildium's crew is clearly intentional and thoughtful about the changes and improvements they make to Buildium. They have a very loyal customer in me.
