I wish it would quicken up the process…

I wish it would quicken up the process of accepting payment thru retail outlets like walmart. Other compoanies have done it and are going ahead providing more convenience to the renters.

We have been using Buildium for roughly 5 years, and are very happy with the software. There is room for improvement, but they are constantly doing just that. I'm very happy with the software, and could not imagine running my business without it.

most everything is great for what we need at Tara PM. there are a few aspects that need to be worked on, but buildium is quick to reply and let us know how they are updating the software.

Program is great but they try to make money on add on services. To get a customer site you need to pay $$$ as the default one looks ok but is stuck in the 90s. With other programs they give you access to source code so you and use word press to create a customer public site. The internal software is great tho.

Generally very easy to use and I love the constant improvements. Biggest issue is calculation of management fees. I have to check every property's management fees every month to make sure owners are not overcharged. Very time consuming.

Everything I ask about is always “coming soon.” When Buildium does tell you their deadline, except to add 2-6 months. Really great for basic accounting. The admin functions of the industry are lacking.
