What do you like best about Buildium? Buildium is by far the most user-friendly property management software I have seen. They do a great job of taking all the complexity that property management comes with, and simplify it into a system you can learn to use in just a few hours (if that!).

What do you like best about Buildium? From buildium we like being able to write down data about incomes within the platform. It is good for adding rental properties, lease tracking, and sellers. We like to take full control of all aspects of our business, including property maintenance cycles. Buildium greatly automates the collection of income, and allows you to receive payments online directly through its portal.

What do you like best about Buildium? We love the ease with which Buildium allows us to track rentals and vacancies. Your portfolio manager and real estate expenses is very accurate when reviewing each expense in detail. It offers a very extensive database of tenants.

Decent platform, bad service

The platform is decent and they continue to add features. The customer service TAKES FOREVER. 30 minutes on the phone minimum at all times to get a response. Very frustrating when you have hiccups that need to be taken care of.
