What do you like best about Buildium? I get things done when I call in. The service is always great and the techs are very patient. What do you dislike about Buildium?

What do you like best about Buildium? What I like best about Buildium is how easy it is use. The set up is user friendly and if there is anything I have an issue with I can easily find the answer with pictures and a video under "Help". I also like how I can access tenant information and rent amounts in the app without ever having to save their contact information into my phone or waiting until I get to my computer to see their balance.

What do you like best? Buildium is great for our apartment complex due to the simplicity of financial updates with rent. It's equally as simple to take a prospective tenant or applicant and turn it into an actual tenant. Having the credit check linked through Buildium helps as well.

What do you like best about Buildium? I like the user-friendly layout of Buildium. Starting a new Office Administrator position at the same time as my employer implementing Buildium as their property management software was scary. Thankfully navigation is easy and everything is adjustable, so even when I made an occasional error it wasn't a big deal.

What do you like best about Buildium? Inventory follow up, tenants records, payment tracking and recording and lease renewals. Generrally all features are awesome.

"Property Mangement Software"

What do you like best about Buildium? After using other property management software subscriptions, Buildium seems to be the best one by far. It is easier to organize A/P and A/R, keeping tenants current with their account and their leases, and generating financial reports that can quickly be exported.
