What do you like best? After using other property management software subscriptions, Buildium seems to be the best one by far. It is easier to organize A/P and A/R, keeping tenants current with their account and their leases, and generating financial reports that can quickly be exported.

What do you like best about Buildium? Overall, Buildium has been very helpful in managing our rental properties. There are many features to help organize financials, some I haven't even had the chance to utilize yet. It makes keeping track of charges and payments very easy.

What do you like best about Buildium? Work from anywhere. Accounting and properties all in one place. Management of bank accounts right there. Can give your accountant a login to do the taxes.

What do you like best about Buildium? I can keep track of all important information regarding my homeowners, tenants, and leases. It is also a financial tracking program that we can use just like any other program such as Quickbooks. It is user friendly and the tech support is amazing.
