What do you like best about Buildium? Buildium is great for our apartment complex due to the simplicity of financial updates with rent. It's equally as simple to take a prospective tenant or applicant and turn it into an actual tenant. Having the credit check linked through Buildium helps as well.

What do you like best about Buildium? The feature set of Buildium is so broad it is hard to pick what a user likes the best. The fact that it does all of it at the level of competence it does is pretty amazing as it seems to have anticipated where the bottlenecks are in managing our HOA and coming up with efficient solutions that overcome the issues...and it does this in instance after instance.
