Decent program but not customer focused company

I’ve been using Buildium for a few years now and have for the most part found it functional and reliable. It’s not always been easy to reach someone on phone support when I have a question and there have been a few functionality issues that have been disappointing. Workflow is poorly designed, buggy, and shallow support

Workflow is poorly designed, overly complicated, and seems like the system is about 20 years behind the times on technology and design. No in-flow help bubbles, navigation is crazy bad in some areas, critical functions often are buried 4-5 layers deep in menus etc. etc. Even worse, there are numerous unresolved bugs throughout the system, some of them fatal to workflow. What do you like best about Buildium? Your online payment system is very helpful in keeping track of each transaction received from tenants. With buildium it is easy to check bank credits, and stay connected at all times with the tenants of each property. It also handles taxes, vacancies, and late payment calculations. Buildium organizes each client so that we can keep them always at hand, to communicate with them quickly. We also like your tool for insurance management.

What do you like best about Buildium? We like to be able to export tenant databases to external hard drives, or to online backup creation services. Buildium contains a built-in system for handling insurance against damage, and can check bank loans very easily. It offers solutions to control all aspects of each business, not only the leasing and payment operations, but also the maintenance of these.

What do you like best about Buildium? What we liked most about buildium, is that after comparing it with other real estate & property apps, it is your online payment system, which accepts different payment methods. It is very good for credit confirmations, and to calculate payments, whether in the case of late payments or budget creation. It also allows us to administer maintenance, and even taxes.

What do you like best about Buildium? I love how easy it is to use even when we are on the go and we are always on the go... I really love using Buildium in conjunction with Happy Inspector to document move in /out and maintenance requests.

What do you like best about Buildium? We like that buildium provides simple solutions about the management of residences. It basically gives the owner absolute control over every aspect of the rental and purchase process. This includes rentals, availability, and even maintenance periods. We really like its integration with inspection software, since it can take better control of the reports, including being able to add photos and notes.
