There are many great features that are extremely useful. There are some that would be more useful if they had the ability to customize that would help with flow of business.

Longtime user, solid product but could be better
Having used Buildium for over 5 years, the software is overall a 4 star package, where the company could polish the product and add more features that would make it shine like a 5 star. But they lose a star recently for poor customer service online and some odd feature downgrade choices like a poorly managed renters insurance integration transition and awkward new feature implementation & messaging.

Excellent and trained customer service reps! And a dedicated team of IT technicians that are available to make into reality the wishes of users! How does it get better than that? Oh, yeah, perhaps a better pricing structure!

We manage a number of properties
We manage a number of properties, have an accountant on board, as well as a CFA and someone on our team coded software in a previous life. Buildium's online property management software is unequivocally the worst software we have ever used. Period. Full Stop. The interface is dreadful, none of the steps to register a property and manage all of its aspects are intuitive. There is no customer support number.
