I started with buildium about 6 months…
I started with buildium about 6 months ago. It was a nightmare with them to setup my bank account for electronic payment. There was a 25cent charge/pmt originally BUT now it has been raised to 3.5% of the rental monies due. They never answer their phones for service and my last online ticket took 5 days for a response. Shall I go on....Finally I opted out of 2 step verification because I am out of country and my phone does not work in the Bahamas. They are so simple minded they cannot have ...
