Mobile app not working.

Mobile app not working.. won't open on a consistent basis. When it does open I'm not getting notifications

Needs better features for apartments management

Some features that I still can not get working. Like the violations feature. Plus there is so much that this app can do and doesn't have. Like a pet section with picture, Minor children in the unit and so much more. I would give this a higher rating if things would work or things would get better for this app. I am currently looking for another program that we can use that will give us what we need for multiple units

Comprehensive system to manage association

Comprehensive system to manage many aspects of association. We were able to move away from a management company and Buildium provides most of the services we need. Only challenge I have is with the account reconciliation tool but I just export data and reconcile in Excel.

Buildium suits all my needs as a small business owner. Having everything in one program allows me more time to concentrate on other aspects of the business. Our residents love their access to the site!

I am having issues when going into tenant accounts and making payments, ledger,transaction history, etc

Buildium's accounting is the weak link…

Buildium's accounting is the weak link in their software. I spend more time having to enter items here that should have been done automatically. Overall it's a descent property management software program.

I enjoy buildium it is user friendly and easy to get help when needed. I would love to see an option to send things like addendums/assignments or inspections for signing without having to create a lease.

Landlords steer clear of Buildium and Forte Funding!

Landlords steer clear of Buildium. They use Forte Funding for payments which relies on a standard ACH payment system. ACH's can be reversed by the tenants up to 2 years AFTER they pay. I have had an incident where a tenant's ex's Mom, who had paid her rent under some divorce agreement, reversed legitimate payments months after. After the first incident last March, we shut down Buildium and cancelled out agreement with Forte Funding, and thought we would avoid any further reversals. Nope yet ...
