What do you like best about Buildium? I like the ability to tailor the management experience to my tenants, owners, and vendors. Buildium has thought of numerous high-quality add-on's that make utilizing the software a true value for any property manager!

What do you like best about Buildium? I really like the online payment option for tenants and landlords. Before Buildium, we had to hand write checks and keep track of payments, deductions, and communication with a bunch of other programs such as gmail and spreadsheets. It's nice to have everything in one place. Plus, it's a benefit that the landlord can look at the financials and documents anytime they like.
