What do you like best about Buildium? Well, first of all, I appreciate the way Buildium looks. The interface is not too loud for the eyes. You can easily navigate or go to a page where you want to look without having a hard time finding it. All of our tenants' information is in one database. They also send reminders to our tenants when their rent is almost due. What do you like best about Buildium? The use of everything in one program. Ability to send group property emails, receive payment online, maintenance requests online, auto monthly billing, auto late fees, and so much more!

Buildium is amazing with many benefits to using the program. It is extremely user friendly and the customer service is wonderful. We've been using it for multiple years now and our potential tenants and current tenants find it a great tool. As for our side of things it is convenient and efficient in all aspects of property management and ownership.

Previously, I rated Buildium improperly because I misread a customer log where the tenant claimed to inadvertently set up 3 auto payments which all hit at the same time. The support team explained to be with logs that my tenant was incorrect and so was I. I deleted my prior review and am submitting this up to date one.

Don't sign up with this company. Buildium charged us over $200.00 for nothing, Buildium only gave us $5000.00 limit per month, what can we do with $5000.00 limit per month? Buildium should let us know before charged us, it wasted time and money, Buildum refused refund, poor customer service and dishonest people.

Good, but still waiting on the integration of Tasks to our mail system's calendar (google). How difficult could this be? Been asking for years and we have to update the tasks and our calendars separately.
