What do you like best about Buildium? One positive I have from this platform is the advertising and integrated system for management purposes. Landlords can use an app for their tenants to submit work orders and pay rent.

What do you like best about Buildium? I love that building makes it easy for new applicants, as well as the association to be able to read everything on one page. The fact that we are able to include notes in each individual is also an easy convenient tool. That way other departments are able to see any types of notes that are ideal to better assist the individuals including but not limited to the accounting department, applications, collections, etc.
