What do you like best about Buildium? I like the technological advantages provided by Buildium. Features like mobile violation reporting, electronic rent and landlord EFT distribution, and mobile property inspections.

What do you like best about Buildium? I love the fact that Buildium makes it easy to actually do your job. It's not all paperwork, and hunting down files. It's all right there and organized. I also enjoy that Buildium listens to the users and brings them in for insight about updates and changed.

What do you like best about Buildium? It can really do everything you need to manage properties and provide great transparency to all parties. My favorite feature so far is the quick-search bar that makes it possible to navigate through mounds of data much faster than otherwise would be possible.

What do you like best about Buildium? Literally nothing. I suppose it was easy to sign up and put in my information to get billed for their subscription, but that is where the ease of use ended. I used the system for about an hour before I realized it was non-functional and would not work for me. It expects me to be a management company servicing landlords, so trying to make it work for my one property was like a square peg in a round hole.
