We love the options for our tenants or owners to pay online and they can view their reports and payments. It’s been so fun learning this system! We highly recommend it to others. Wish we could have started sooner with Buildium. We are growing our business and having this system in place with be a great bonus!

9 years with Buildium...

My company has been with Buildium since 2014 and deposited well into the millions through their system. For a very long time the customer service and functionality were wonderful. However, over the last 1.5 years things have steadily gotten worse. We switched our management portfolio to new bank accounts last October and it was a mess with funds being deducted from the wrong accounts, being deposited to accounts with different FEIN numbers, or just simply never being deposited. Update: 3.19.2023 - Buildium was quick to reach out and inform me that they are actively working to update their support articles and after another week of looking at alternatives, they really seem to have everything we are looking for. Going to give it another try and see how things work out. Hopefully will be updating to 5 stars after getting more comfortable with their product. What do you like best about Buildium? eveything buildium is a very good page to work with properties, and you can also communicate with the tenants and rental owners to check that everything is fine

I have called and submitted a suggestion for this sub class or some type of way to separate the neighborhoods for the rental owner report.

I have called and submitted a suggestion for a sub class for Rental Owners reports. We have several neighborhoods but only one owner and we need to have a way to report based on neighborhood budget to actuals. Still no way to do this on your software, We may have to look elsewhere to get this software for us if you are not able to create a report to do this for us.

Been on hold to speak with customer service for an hour this morning.. and counting.

Terrible

customer service is terrible. Software is overpriced and outdated. The 1 good feature, the Electronic payments (Epay) for tenant, owner, bill payments is awful. Account will be placed on a 4 business day hold on all transactions. Is this 2010? Software technology is outdated and doesn’t match up to Appfolio at all.
