Signed up for free tial, cancelled account 10 minutes later and received all the "we're sorry to see you go" emails from them. Two weeks later I was charged $84. I complained that my cancellation wasn't properly actioned so they processed the refund after my complaint and said it was a one time 'courtesy'. No apology. Their software is broken and customer service sucks. I'll never try Box again. Stick with Dropbox.

A mediocre cloud service

I used their service on my PC for several years and as a form of cloud backup, it worked well. The UI was always rather unappealing and clunky. The desktop app always showed an error in updating files, for some unknown reason. And recently, the storage quota wasn't updating correctly and I wasn't given the appropriate space. On to better things...

Don't try to cancel from this company…

Don't try to cancel from this company because you can't even do it from within the product. They make you ask about 6 different questions before it says you can't do it and need to contact support. Then when they finally respond to your support ticket, they'll blame you for going over your billing period and are 'doing you a favour by cancelling it'. What a joke, stay well clear.

I'm using box cloud since 2013 when they offered 50gb for each LG mobile login!!It's perfect for my mobile files, fast download and has many forms supported, and you can login by biometric👍 top privacy. And all of this for the FREE plan!! 💓I don't know why people prefer Dropbox! 🤔I hope there are a large lifetime plan

You can decide to use the mobile application on your smartphone, or the desktop application or the web version. Use Box to store all your files - AWESOME

Our company uses Box, and I also use Box personally to store my documents, photos, videos, sensitive data etc. Box is AMAZING - so much more than just cloud storage. You can watch videos, share photos, scan documents, electronic sign and send documents, secure sensitive data and so much more.

the best cloud platform

I cant belive that this program have a low rating. This is a simple and excellent option for how works on differents devices. I have A LOT of years using, and BOX IS AMAZING.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that I just drag and drop files to share with my teammates, where we're ensured that we all have the latest document version. I can also add or remove access to people if they don't need the file or folder anymore. Online or offline, Box works well. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Nothing much, unless you're dedicated to branded suites, then their corresponding cloud drives would work just as well as Box ...

Worst tech support in the world.

Their software is good and has good integration. But their support is the bottom of the barrel, and we pay $5k/year. Can't get more than 1 email a day from them. No call, no help, and our service has been down for weeks. These guys are awful.
