I gave this company one star only because I cannot leave zero. The service is appalling. No one responds on the telephone until your message says you are cancelling your account. Apparently, spending £500/year on their service is not enough to get any help when there is a problem. Box is very good for me. I'm using box cloud for my mobile. It's perfect. fast download and easy use. I highly recommend it.

Avoid this company. I use them for online storage and have done for years. Recently my storage capacity was almost full so I looked to increase this. At no point did they explain the fine print In some of the terms and conditions and actually misled me in order to purchase a service I never needed. I was unable to search and when I inquired about it, they kept asking me the same question over and over again.Finally, they closed the case unilaterally and did not respond to my inquiry again.

Not fit for purpose & no refund

Licenses required to setup the platform were negotiated in advance, including a setup consultation fee. This cost over $13k & was payable 12 months in advance. The setup consultation was basically someone giving us a list of online tutorials to do to become an admin on the system, which is a lot of work. Terrible customer service and outdated…

Terrible customer service and outdated service overall. Make sure you cancel their trial subscription or they will keep charging you for it and they will refuse to refund you. The sales people aren't knowledgeable.
