Yes sadly I had the same problem as most of you. Everyone with being up charges and then charged 3x the agree rate. My bill want from about $40 and month to over $900. There was some kind of mistake that I tried to clear up but they wouldn't work with me and they hijacked my files. Unless I payed them. It's extortion. The sad thing is I have been a customer for about 15 just to get screwed by them. So sad and disappointed with there service.

Terrible support and account management…

Terrible support and account management from your company today. Not allowed to speak with support, billing team not yet open and UK account manager and main telephones lines go to voice mail. How long will you leave us down for until someone takes notice?24th Dec 2021 update - Box.com left us completely down for most of the UK working day for non payment of a 2 user upgrade invoice (we have 15 users in total). Good for big files

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that Box is versatile to use. It can accommodate the requirements of small to large groups of users and offer the same level of service. The UX and UI is well-designed and excellent for both beginner and advanced users because the tool is easy to understand. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Very useful collaboration tool

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that we're able to share files with colleagues in a way that is compliant with privacy regulations. We're able to avoid emailing attachments. The versions are also tracked so we make sure we're all using the latest one. It's integrated with Windows too. And via the internet, I'm able to access my colleagues' contact details so it's seamless. I can also work from home easily and my colleagues can also easily find the files and ...

This is the most corrupt company I have…

This is the most corrupt company I have ever dealt with. NO ONE is available in customer service. They charge you 3X the amount they say they will charge then block your files from being available if you don't pay. Stay clear from this company!

Box.com has refused to issue a refund

We attempted to cancel Box.com multiple times and were still charged with the renewal fee. After several contacts with the company the charge has not been reversed. We opened a ticket and followed up through the only number you can get a human on and still we have not been refunded our $1,800

Very mediocre syncing tool

Very mediocre syncing tool. Every time is restart my computer it has the re-read all the files, which takes a lot of time and processing power (hours). Next to that, every time I reinstall or change the folder location it doubles my files in a separate folder with my email-adress behind it and I have to wait till everything is downloaded (150GB) before I can delete the duplicate folder.. This is not a bug, it's a feature according to Box. Great...It's also slow and stuck very often.

They have misleading information in…

They have misleading information in their website. Monthly subscription but they charge for whole year.They write maximum users : unlimited. In fact you have pay each all users, limited only 3 users.THEY ALWAYS TRY TO TRAP YOU WITH THEIR MISLEADING INFORMATIONS IN THEIR WESBITE.

The Box tech team is unable to resolve…

The Box tech team is unable to resolve issues on their end when attempting to handle the two-step authentication lock-out issues.I've had the runaround from them for weeks. USELESS!

Crooks!!!

Yes, I will write another review. Box takes complete advantage of you and charged me $185.00 in a split second. I realized my mistake immediately and tried to void or cancel. They are terrible and would not cancel me. They will not even discuss. Meanwhile, I will never use this whatever and will continue to slander them. Only when they credit my account will I stop.
