What do you like best about Bloomerang? Tracks more than just money. It tracks interactions and events. LOVE their customer service. Contacted the live chat experts multiple times for help generating reports, etc. and they always had very clear and easy to follow step by step instructions and explanations. Love the import feature! What do you like best about Bloomerang? 1. Lots of tech support readily available. 2. CS folks are understanding and patient with folks like me who are somewhat "tech impaired". 3. What do you like best about Bloomerang? I like the customer service - especially the chat options. I never have to wait more than a couple minutes to get connected and my questions are always answered. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Formatting on a few things. Emails aren't as responsive as I'd like them to be - you can easily view them on a smart phone, but I wish they were adjusted for that automatically. "The best I've found"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is not only an improvement from the other donor database I inherited, it has lots of hidden gems that after 2 years I am discovering. It is relatively easy to learn with tons of videos, tips and instant online help when needed. I can send emails fairly easily to my entire database or be selective. What do you like best about Bloomerang? We have tried several databases to track donor information and Bloomerang is by far the best and most user-friendly. We love that we can send emails and create reports all from within the system! What do you dislike about Bloomerang?
