What do you like best about Bloomerang? I like the easy user interface with bloomerang. We could login and begin using it immediately without any training! The Help videos and Chat provide fast and easy access to answers to questions and provide ideas as well for future improvements to our fundraising program. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? "Wonderful! Reporting made easy."

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I like the ease of entering donations (especially the new "set as default" option), the integrations, the user-friendliness of the entire system, the reporting options, the personalized setting options, the "university" and the support system. All fantastic! What do you dislike about Bloomerang? The formatting capability of the "letters" function. Seriously lacking and makes it unavailable to me, currently. What do you like best about Bloomerang? It is easy to learn and use. Great customer service, always there to help out. They don't make me feel I am an idiot for asking some of the questions I do. "Great features, very intuitive."

What do you like best about Bloomerang? The best part of the platform is the online live help. This coupled with a nice user interface works really well for us. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I wish the mailing feature were more robust and that we didn't have to rely on zappier to make it function as we need it to. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? running reports with out being experts in database programing.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is relatively easy to learn to use. What do you like best about Bloomerang? It's modern and offers fairly modern solutions to industry standard issues and needs. It does its job as a CRM and lets us organize donors in logical ways. Plus, Bloomerang tends to have some pretty good webinars. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? The interface is not intuitive. Features are burried in menus within menus. What do you like best about Bloomerang? Intuitive merge option when duplicate name/addresses/etc. appear. Letter template. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Even with the merge option, sometimes there is duplication of addresses or names. No notification that credit cards will expire in 30 days. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Helpful in maintaining a log of donations.
